Deerwood Crossing is a 66 unit, certified RCAC (residential care apartment complex). What happens if I want to use an outside provider for services?
It is completely up to the resident to choose which provider they would want to use. With the independent apartment option, you can bring in any provider.

What if I need meals but do not want to eat in the main dinning hall?
Research indicates that group dining encourages social interaction and promotes wellness. While a meal delivery option exists for individuals who do not feel well, this will not be an ongoing/ permanent option as we want to encourage a sense of community. If an individual is in an independent unit, they can order meals from different vendors to be delivered to their apartments.

How long can a guest stay over?
A guest can stay up to 7 days with the manager’s permission in a person’s apartment.
