All are spacious units specially configured to meet the needs of seniors so they can age in place and not have to move. Among the units, residents can select from fourteen (14) different floor plans on three levels to express personal preferences.

Studio apartments are our most efficient design at Deerwood Crossing. Averaging 485 sq. ft., they bring everything close at hand, including the full kitchen. Studio units are ideal for residents who do not entertain frequently, take most of their meals in the dining room, or prefer to socialize in community areas rather than their own apartment.

One-bedroom apartments feature about 650 sq. ft. of well-designed space. The separate bedroom assures privacy, while the combined dining/living area makes entertaining convenient. All plans include full kitchens and baths with -shower units. Residents who are looking for just a little more room can choose the one-bedroom plus den apartment, of which several are available.

Our most spacious design, two-bedroom apartments average 975 sq. ft. Use the second bedroom for visiting family, crafts or a study. With a full kitchen, roomy dining/living area, and full bath with tub/shower unit, residents won’t miss the cares of homeownership in the least.
